Celebrating Textile Workers’ Day: Awards for Excellent Work!

Shortly before this important event 14 members of the big but close-knit team of Donetzkaya Manufaktura Factory, the company"s manufacturing site, were awarded for their excellent work. The awarding ceremony was held in a festive atmosphere and traditionally brought all the staff members, both senior and young specialists, together.

The whole staff got a valuable and deserved gift – an Acknowledgement Letter signed by Denis Manturov, the Head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. Expressing his gratitude and wishing success in their future career endeavors, he awarded Robert Besht, Electrician of automation and process equipment, Svetlana Kovalenko, Operational Director, Anastasia Komissarova, the Dyeing and Finishing Department Specialist, and Sergei Smilyansky, Weaving Department Overlooker. Denis Manturov also awarded Maria Sergeeva, Seamer of the Sewing Department No 1, with the Ministry’s Certificate of Honor for her long service and operational excellence.

Natalia Almazova, Weaving Department Specialist, Elena Artemenko, Head of Development and Implementation of the New Stock and Technologies Department, Svetlana Eliseeva, Batching Manager of the Sewing Department No 1, and Natalia Yakymchuk, Batching Manager of the finished products warehouse, were awarded with Certificate of Honor by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade for their long service and operational excellence. Pavel Nikolsky, Head of the Power Department, and Marina Ribalka, Seamer of the Sewing Department No 2, were awarded for their dedicated service and contribution to the economic development of the Don region with the Letters of Gratitude by the Rostov Region Ministry of Industry and Energy.

The City Government also expressed its appreciation to our textile staff for their work; Olga Voronkova, Specialist of the Dyeing and Finishing Department, and Natalia Sinebruchova, Packing Specialist of the Separate Subdivision No 1 of the Sewing Department No 3, were awarded with Letters of Gratitude for their achievements.

Lubov Stupakova, Internal Auditing Specialist, was awarded with the Letter of Gratitude and a valuable gift on the occasion of her 55th anniversary. Lydia Gordeychik, Engineer of the Weaving Department, was awarded with the Letter of Gratitude and a gift for her long service and on the occasion of her 60th anniversary. Nikolai Ivanov, Service Technician of the Power Department, was also awarded on the occasion of his 70th anniversary.

This day was a special one not only for the factory staff, but also for their children who came to the end of the academic year with excellent result. The factory management traditionally awarded the best students: Elizaveta Bondarenko, Sergey Borisov, Ilya Gichkun, Alena Goltseva, Victoria Grinyova, Alena Ekimenko, Maria Kambieva, Natalia Kozhemyako, Ivan Lebedev, Katerina Nazarenko, Daria Oreshko, Alexei Pavlov, Jaroslav Rusko, Dana Sinebruchova, Alexey Starodubtsev, Dmitry Tur and Anastasia Shaposhnikova were given memorable gifts in the framework of Get High Grades with DM Textile program.
