The meeting of coordination council for light industry took place on the factory «Donetsk Manufactory»

Before this meeting, it was taken place introductory visit to the plant «Donetsk Manufactory», in course of which, The Head of Department of industry and trade of Russian Federation Denis Manturov and the governor of Rostov Region Vasiliy Golubev together with the Chairman of board of directors the holding «Megapolis Group» Konstantin Kuzin have visited shops of the factory and talked with workers of production.

There were discussed current state and prospect of developing light industry of Russian Federation on the sectoral meeting. Among the main subject of discussion were developing domestic raw materials sources, technical modernization sector, measures for the developing of retail market, the fight against counterfeit products, functioning sector in the conditions of the accession of Russia by ITO. The Minister thanked in his opening remarks the administration of Rostov Region and directors of trade industry company «DM Textile» for organization of meeting for high level, also he pointed that leadership of the factory became the reason holding federal meeting in Donetsk. – “It’s a good example of independently developing Russian factory full-service producer agency and fair ground for discussing the key problem of sector developing. There is the modern equipment, which supply the high technological level of the factory «Donetsk Manufacture ».

“I can say, that directors have never asked Administration about support. What’s more, they take 60 per cent Russian market for producing of terry products. During the meeting, the Head of Department of industry and trade said that, in his turn, the Department of industry and trade prepare the list of measures for supporting factories of light industry. There are measures such as increasing the size of subsidies by credits on technical re-equipment of factories till 90 % from refinancing rate of Central Bank. In addition, it’ll going to expand the direction of the subsidy: on building new factories, reconstruction building and producing buildings. «There are funds for compensation discount rate by credit for the purchase of raw materials, advance of production in budget in 2013-2015 years», - he added.

In conclusion of his performance, Denis Manturov told about the main problems, getting in the way of development of branch are a dependence on import raw materials, low level of technological readiness of production sites, and also abundance of counterfeit production in the market.

The governor of the Rostov region Vasiliy Golubev also noted importance of development of light industry - in particular, in the Rostov region, and especially in monotowns, where such large factory as "Donetsk manufactory", are city-forming. He pointed that development of these factories leads to such favorable process, as transformation of earlier depressive territories into development territories.

Konstantin Kuzin, the chairman of the board of directors of «Megalopolis Group» holding into which structure are included trade industry company «DM Textile», during the performance shared history of development of the company and visually showed dynamics of growth trade industry company «DM Textile» for the last 15 years. «Production sales volumes "DM Textile" grew since 1998 more than in 30 times, the annual gain for the last three years makes 20%. In the current year this indicator will make 1.8 billion rubles, next year according to our plans it will reach 2.2 billion rubles», - Konstantin Kuzin noted.

Throughout the performance the head of "Megalopolis Group" gave an assessment to the Russian market of terry products. «On an assessment of experts of the branch, about 17% of production are made in the Russian Federation, 83% are the import which about 50% it is delivered by a contraband way», - he emphasized.

Having sounded key problems of the textile industry, Konstantin Kuzin stated the vision of methods of the solution of existing problems. There is development of measures for suppression of contraband of the terry productions, arriving to the Russian Federation through borders of the countries - participants of the Customs union. The extremely important aspect is need of fixing legislative level of a share of presence of the Russian producer on trade shelves of the large chain retailers, working at the territory of Russia.
