Sheraton Rostov-on-Don Hotel & Business Center – a new stage of development in hotel business and tourism in the Southern Federal District

- This is going to be the first high-class hotel commissioned in our city, said VasiliyGolubev, - Sheraton Business-center will open its doors to the visitors next year and will provide the whole complex of high-class international services.

- Sheraton Business-center is constructed with the support of the Rostov oblast government, - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Megapolis Group Konstantin Kuzin reported, - It is an image-building project for our city, especially considering the upcoming Football Championship, 2018, that will be also held in Rostov-on-Don.

As Konstantin Kuzin said, Megapolis Group’s project, that is carried out in close cooperation with one of the industry’s world leaders - Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., will give considerable increase in tourists flow in Rostov region, and will influence the development of business tourism and especially congress tourism.

Mr. Kuzin also reported that the construction of the world-class Business-complex is being carried out in strict compliance with the schedule that implies commissioning of the object in the first half of 2014. Sheraton Rostov-on-Don Hotel & Business Center has a favorable location in the center of Rostov-on-Don, which is the cultural and business capital of the South of Russia. The complex (total area – 48 031 m2) will include the world-famous Sheraton hotel that will be managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. – one of the leading companies in hotel and resort industry that manages more than 1000 objects in 110 countries. The hotel room stock (total area – 25 543 m2) will include 307 comfortable suits: 1 presidential suit, 3 luxe suites, 35 mini-suites, 43 club suites and 225 standard rooms. The hotel will be located on 30 stores, 12 of them are living ones. The complex will also include a Class A Business Center (total area – 15 400m2) – a unique premium multifunctional working space. Due to modern architectural and technological solutions, favorable location, perfect infrastructure and the full-service complex (including high-tech conference halls) Sheraton Office Center will meet all the requirements that are imposed on high-class commercial property objects.
